    Tiffany & Co. is looking for an inspiring leader and a team player to collaborate and support the achievement of company’s business objectives acting as Marketing & PR Manager.


    The professional at this position is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategic plan for Mexico as defined and directed by Global and Regional Marketing and Managing Director vision of the local landscape. This position has complete scope of the Marketing function for Mexico, including, advertising, media, brand management, public relations, events, vendor relationships, as well as related financial and operational functions.


    This role is expected to think ahead, have learning agility, understand all the platforms and new media as well as pro-actively look outside through vendors, competitors and other retailers to learn fast and bring the learning in new marketing to be share with the teams.


    Responsabilidades / Responsibilities



    • Responsible for local PR agency management in collaboration with Regional Marketing.
    • Ensure the maximization of the PR strategy dictated by Global and Regional Marketing.
    • Understand the local influencer landscape and secure the right interactions, celebrity dressing and organic editorials to build a solid local FOTH program.
    • Fulfill, together with the agency, the PR activity calendar.
    • Manage local photo shoots, celebrity and influencer dressings and local interview requests in collaboration with the regional team and the local agency.
    • Ensures best usage of global PR assets.
    • Fulfils all editor and influencer local gifting.
    • Leverage local opportunities that might arise, mainly with Palacio de Hierro. 


    • Plan and execute local events calendar in collaboration with regional Marketing.
    • Collaborate with CVM to ensure correct brand guidelines.
    • Coordinates events details with Merchandising and Store Managers ensuring store staff engagement, awareness and participation.
    • Fulfils the event execution process for all types of events, including requesting invitations and artworks directly in MOM.
    • Manage and collaborate with landlords for event and promotion development.
    • Set and monitors events performance based on predefined KPIs. Ensures event budgets are manages efficiently and results and KPIs are tracked back to the regional Team.



    • Collaborate with regional Marketing the media plan execution by supporting with local insights and media recommendations according to local relevancy.
    • Manage the media plan fulfillment (Offline & Online) and ensure they meet the delivery and launch deadlines.
    • Asset requests:
      • Responsible of uploading charts and requesting Media Materials via MOM (Offline and Online, including Duratrans)
      • Once Materials are requested, the Mkt manager in Mexico is responsible to send the mom charts to the SM/Media Mgr. in the regional office who will request materials to global
    • Reports:
      • Responsible for sending the quarterly media spend report to the SM/Media Mgr in regional office who will consolidate the report for the region.
      • Responsible for sending the wrap up reports provided by the agency after each campaign
    • Invoices:
      • On a monthly basis, reviews and approves invoices related to adv spends and guarantee that are allocated in the corresponding account chart.

    Social Media

    • Create a monthly social media paid calendar for Mexico that support local needs; the calendar should be sent to the SM/Media Manager for approval within the appropriate timing.
      • Regional office will provide a monthly regional strategy, an Organic Social Media Calendar and Social Media Assets received by Global
    • Special Asset requests, needs to be requested by filling out the brief with at least two weeks in advance.


    • Work with Palacio de Hierro to find opportunities that allow us to amplify our communications (Social Media monthly support, OOH Free spaces, personal shopper etc.).
    • Responsible to fill out the brief required for any special request and send it to SM/Media Mgr in regional office with at least 12w (online/Offline).


    • Responsible for requesting any special request or adjustment for the Mexican Site, directly to the SM/Media Mgr. in regional office.
    • Responsible for checking online SKUs against local inventory and liaise with Regional and Global teams to align assortment.
    • Responsible for reviewing translations for the Mexican Site; Fill out the corresponding QA with any adjustment required and send it to the SM/Media mgr. in regional Office.


    Cualificaciones / Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree as Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Public Relations is a must, Master degree is preferred.
    • 360 marketing experience and proven success with a strong focus on digital media and innovative campaigns.
    • 2-4 years of customer events experience.
    • Brand Ambassador well developed social and entertaining skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Strong strategic & analytical skills to understand data and develop new ideas/recommendations.
    • Strong ability to multi-task.
    • Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills.
    • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
    • Detail-orientated.
    • Extremely organized.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
    • Ability to travel 20%
    • Preferably with an agency background and experience in luxury industry
    • Goal oriented, able to implement strategic vision and deliver real results.
    • Poised to represent the brand; exude positive energy and can do attitude.
    • Interest in fashion, jewelry, design, culture, art.
